Caroline's First Horse Riding Lesson

Caroline enjoyed her first horse riding lesson on January 29th at Mallory Farms. Jennifer Mallory is an amazing teacher - Lindsey was our first child to go to her - and we always have a great time out at the farm.

Moon Shine Mountain - New Years Day

While Clark was at the Gator Bowl with his college roommates, the kids and I went up to Moonshine Mountain - just outside of Hendersonville, NC. We met up with Lok-yi, Keeley and Dayton. (They are the family of Clark's cousin, Wade.)

We had a great time tubing down the mountain. Well, everybody but Jonathan. I made him go down once and he was not happy!! He enjoyed sitting by the fire with his cup of hot chocolate for the remainder of our stay.

We made a train - holding onto each others tubes - and went down that way most of the time. Good times!!

Merry Christmas 2008

I'm about to send out my Christmas Cards for this year and thought I'd put a link in my Christmas Letter to this blog. That way I'll start posting. Above is the front of our Christmas card for this year. This picture was taken during our beach vacation over the summer.
